Hey My Fellow Weirdos

I’m not an investigative journalist, I’m not a lawyer, I’m not a private investigator, I’m a true crime addict and a somewhat decent self reviewed storyteller. I’ve been fascinated with all things true crime for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a stable diet of America’s Most Wanted and Unsolved Mysteries. The first case I became secretly obsessed with was O.J. and Nicole Brown Simpson. I was only 9 so I lurked around and listened to the news updates when I could.

I’m one of those people that has to know the truth and needs all of the answers, but I get sucked into the cases that still need answers. Closure is something people want to have when they read a mystery, that’s not always something you will get here. This is about the cases that are perplexing, confusing, and sometimes make no sense at all. Some cases even make you want to flip a table because you can’t believe how everything unfolded.

I want to tell the stories of people who haven’t had their voice heard as often. The possibly wrongfully accused, the people who one day up and vanished, the cases that are colder than ice. Personally, these are the stories that chill me to the bone. The proof of everyday monsters. The questions with no answers. The stories where everything is fine and then, without warning, everything changes. Several of these stories will be presented in more than one entry because I want to tell as much of the story as I can, and sometimes there is just too much information to put in one post.

Basically just shhhhh….and let me tell you a story!
